3/6/2008 - Murder of Nick Pena

Synopsis:  On August 26th, 2007, at 3:51 a.m. police were called to a house in the 700 block of Ansley for  a shooting where two persons were shot. When they arrived they found Nick Pena shot in the head.   Pena and another male friend had been at the home visiting friend when a suspect drove up and an argument ensued.  Pena and his friend were both shot. Both victims were transported to area hospitals where Pena died as a result of his injuries.  The second shooting victim remains hospitalized in serious condition.   Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5000 for information which leads to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in the Murder of 20-year-old Nick Pena.
